Our services, including vehicle leasing, financing, and trade-in valuations, are available to residents of San Diego, California, and surrounding areas.
Misuse of our website, including providing false or misleading information, may result in termination of access.

Lease & Finance Applications

Submitting a lease or finance application does not guarantee approval. Approval is subject to creditworthiness, income verification, and lender requirements.
Lease terms, finance rates, and vehicle availability are subject to change without notice.
Misuse of FS Auto Group INC reserves the right to reject any application at our sole discretion.our website, including providing false or misleading information, may result in termination of access.

Trade-In Vehicle Estimates

Trade-in values are estimates only and subject to physical inspection.
If you owe money on your trade-in, negative equity may be added to your new lease or finance agreement.
FS Auto Group INC is not responsible for any third-party lien issues related to trade-in vehicles.

Credit Check & Data Collection

By applying for leasing or financing, you authorize FS Auto Group INC to obtain a credit report from third-party financial institutions.
A soft credit check may be performed for pre-approval, which does not affect your credit score.
If you proceed with financing, a hard credit check may be required, which may impact your credit score.

Pricing & Payments

Prices, interest rates, and lease terms are subject to market conditions and lender policies.
Late payments may result in penalties and additional interest charges, as outlined in your contract.
All deposits and down payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Vehicle Availability & Delivery

FS Auto Group INC cannot guarantee the availability of a specific vehicle until a signed agreement is in place.
If a selected vehicle is unavailable, we will attempt to find a similar option at the agreed price.
Vehicles must be picked up from our San Diego location unless delivery arrangements are made.

Limitation of Liability

FS Auto Group INC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our website.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all lease and finance terms before signing a contract.

Privacy & Data Security

Your personal data is protected under our Privacy Policy (see below).
We do not sell or share customer data with third parties except as required for financing.
Customers have the right to request data deletion in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
